Hello Hello! Here's a little bit about me!
Art has always been a part of my life, and I knew it was the only thing I could see myself doing for the rest of my life. So, in May 2019, I graduated from Shepherd University with a BFA, concentration in Graphic Design.
My time at Shepherd gave me many opportunities to experiment and expand my knowledge of art and design. As the graphic designer for many clubs, I got experience in creating marketing material both for print and for the web. I served as the president of Shepherd University’s community service club (the Rotaract Club) where I was able to head projects that I was passionate about, as well as enable other students to do the same. I thrive in situations where I am challenged to think outside the box and to use my skills to make an impact.
I am currently the Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator for Mount de Sales Academy, a Catholic high school in Catonsville, MD. At Mount de Sales I have been able to hone my editorial layout and design skills. I design many different publications, such as: annual reports, newsletters, brochures and event invitations. I also create the content for Mount de Sales Academy's various social media platforms. This has really improved my ability to create beautiful branded content that stands out and sends a clear message.
When I am not designing, you might find me hanging out with family and friends, hiking, traveling, baking, and always working on some sort of art project (usually acrylic or watercolor paintings.)
